As managenent, I felt as if there was a miss with regard to building and developing the team and or brand. Team members were expected to live brand but weren't appropriately on boarded or supported to feel the sense of pride or part of the "PNC Family". There was too much space for the front line to understand or feel a part of the mission! Other companies do it so much better
Management often lost vacation time due to open positions and high demands. Also stuffing issues created a need for management to work 12 or more hours daily.
