Suggestions for improvement
- After a certain length of service, an employee who shows no pattern of absenteeism, should not have to adhere to any points system. I have a feeling employees in the corporate bldg don't log in to a telephone, or a computer system, therefore, they aren't tracked or monitored by every action or by metrics. The metrics system is stressful & makes one feel their position isn't safe.
What I like about the company
The ability to work independently, problem-solve on my own for customer advocacy has been empowering. Also, pay has been slightly above average, raise I received was fair. Earning paid time off from hours worked is really good benefit. Good benefits offered that I have not had at most jobs.
