Most employees don't really trust management when they promised something. There always seems to be a hidden agenda or some other strings attached. Usually the only time we hear from management and supervisors on a regular basis is when there's a problem.
Management seems to want employees' input but often appear not to listen to our suggestions. Too many departments needing things done, with each claiming priority. No one seems to step up to take responsibility for what is prioritized so sometimes work just piles up undone.
