Suggestions for improvement
- Stop threating job security because of market trends. People are motivated by celebration of successes and the ability to help change peoples lives. Help employees better themselves through incentives and continued education and they will give back to the company.
What I like about the company
If the day to day operations were not so sales motivated, micromanaged, and over-reported better education could be given to the students from those who are skilled to do so.
What I dislike about the company
When an institution is money hungry the staff/educators and students suffer. Better people and education occurs when you are not focused so much on continually growing a business.
