In my experience, Power offers a warm, supportive and family-type environment. This is balanced by an organizational focus on personal and professional development that typically brings out the best in an individual. I find that people are generally more confident, capable and disciplined due to the career experience of working at Power.

In my experience, Power offers a highering sales pitch supported by a promise of family type environment. Which is balanced by a promise of focus on personal and professional development that is only if you submit to the cult pressures. I have found that generally inexperienced young newly hired employees have a great desire to feel they are elite professionals that belong to a company community that is elite. Power does a great job on the surface of filling this desire and strongly encourages these employees to spread the word on social media platforms.
