No to much favortism
Support from Management
It was there way or no way no communication..
If we try to work as a team to get the job done it was not good enough.
No matter what idea you bring to the table to make the job better it was there way or no way.
Ok in that area
Attitude towards older colleagues
Yes there good in that area
No everthing was a secret if there were open positions available for advancement they would let certain people know about it favortism
