- More visits from executive staff. Better compensation.

Great benefits, you will have a long term contract.
I dislike about the employer
No company is perfect but salary can be better based on people's experience in today's market. That is why there has been turnover. At certain contracts, when there is a turnover, workload increases for the current contractors which will lead to single point of failure. There needs to be come kind of backup staff since IT industry is now expanding. When people leave, some more incentive should be put in place
