Overall Compensation for your work
Nearly every employee has never had a raise even when they were told upon hiring they would receive a raise in 6 months. That never happens and if they fight for it and finally receive that raise it will probably be the last one they receive no matter how long they work there. This happened to me. I worked there 8 years without a raise. When I asked for a cost of living increase after 8 years, I was told Prairie Eye didn't believe in giving cost of living increases.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do employee evaluations and give pay raises at least annually.
