Overall Compensation for your work

It's best to negotiate your salary at the very beginning of employment. Although they give pay increases if you have a good performance evaluation. Your increase will not be noticeable if you are not a favorable employee. Just that simple!

  • HR should be in charge of the hiring process fully. It will give other qualified applicants a higher chance for employment. It will decrease nepotism.

Support from Management

Management is concerned with what benefits themselves. The needs of the students are secondary to egos. New ideas are not considered unless you are apart of a select very bias group.

Overall Compensation for your work

You are not paid for the work you do. They do not pay overtime but they may give you comp hours... Maybe!

Work-Life Balance

You are always expected to stay late no matter what you have going on in your personal life. The hour are long and you are not compensated.
