Company cutler has been lost at the Lansing, MI plant.
Support from management
There is no support from Management at all.
Inter departmental only, and then only between close co-workers.
Freedom to work independently
There is no communication other than, "go ask ......... "
Attitude towards older colleagues
When I was laid off I was told that I didn't fit the idea they had for the future, I.e., I was to old (I'm 61).
Overall compensation for your work
The pay was fair.
Office / Work Environment
It was three months before I was provided access to all of the sites I needed to do my job. Unless you knew someone who new someone in upper Management.
No at all.
There isn't any. You're expected to give all the overtime demanded.
The image they want projected and the real image are two distinct things.
There was no job security. Management would call an All Hands meeting by sending an email. If the employee didn't get an email they were getting let go.
Requirements were met, however, I never saw anyone working there with any kind of handicap.
Of course it's challenging when you aren't provided with the tools you need to do your job and there is NO training provided other than "just wing it"
Inclusive / Diverse
