No benefits for workers, not sure about executives. Owner not willing to give benefits. No sense of self worth as management does not seem to care when productive employees at any level leave the company. No praise for work well done.

There is no support from the leaders of the company.

No say in the structure of the department, if management does not like what you have to say they just ignore it.

Executives do not give positive feedback to employees, zero appreciation for ANY employee.

Office / Work Environment
Had to provide my own personal computer and cell as the company will not provide the cell but expects you to use yours to be available. Computer provided only work part of the time with limited internet access.
Workers constantly talk bad about the business and how the owner is only willing to spend money for high dollar personal items and not on benefits for the employees. Difficult to afford health insurance on low wages.
No. No regards for safety unless it is to defend upper management. Sales and production is key. No training provided unless required by contract sites.
Executive Management does not encourage critical thinking or business improvement from other management or workers.

- New management structure where employees are valued by what they bring to the table. If you treat productive and experienced employee like they are valued and reward in such a way they will stay and be dedicated to the company.
