Suggestions for improvement
- This company should be investigated for the possibility of the need of it being closed to protect patient care.
The supervisors only communicate when something is wrong no compliments or fairness or trust.
Leadership had no infusion experience and to benefit administration, policies were changed.
Most of the colleagues work well. But the leadership did not for they had no idea what it's like to work in the field. Only in the office portion of it.
The workload was NOT fairly distributed. There were not enough nurses and we would get horrendous assignments having to drive all over the valley and walking into patients homes after midnight sometimes. The patients would be upset that their medicine is late and nurses would be upset that they would have to work 18-20 hour days with no breaks.
