Suggestions for improvement
- Company should trust their employees, make an effort to assist in their employees needs, open door means open door. More (proper) training to learn all there is to know about the business, give them a compliment when job is well done. Treat the with respect as they are treated.
What I like about the company
I like the job that I was doing was very proud of my accomplishments and new accounts.
What I dislike about the company
There is no opportunity to grow. Company does not compliment you on your accomplishments, always asked for more even when you give 110+%, supervisor does not communicate with you always told to go to your "SOP's" but no support from them. Althought they say "my door is always open, could not get into", felt strongly that I was demeaned for my work and basically told to go back to what I was doing before because I was not performing to their standards. Company was micromanaged and feel they do not trust their employees to do their jobs.
