Support from management
Good leadership is very important but, when the leadership is not good then in most cases I've found that the "TEAM" will fall apart. In a lot of cases people want to ware the hat but not the responsibility of taking care of it.
Most of the time we work well together but there are those days when someone or somebody does'nt want to carry there work load. As for honesty, not sure about that one !!!
Suggestions for improvement
- First fix the pay roll system to assure that the employees will be paid on time, and the make sure to do a better job of screening the people they hire.
What I like about the company
I like the the type of work that I do (concierge) because I like to help people and this position offers that.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like a couple of things one being the most important is not getting " PAID" on time and without money being taken out of my check for a wire transfer of my pay check.
