Management never compliments employees, they only wear them down by constantly getting onto them about never working hard enough, never being good enough, even when goals are exceeded. The work climate is extremely hostile. Employees are retained that have committed sexual assault at the company and that have incessantly bullied multiple people for years. This type of conduct is reprimanded with slaps on the wrist. It is constantly a hostile environment, and they do not have an Human Resources department that protects the employees from unjust treatment.
Support from Management
The management is passive aggressive and will let situations get completely out of hand before they do the bare minimum to make it appear to everyone that they are addressing it. Targets are never realistic. Employees can never do enough for this company, even once goals have been met. They do not make clear or comprehensible decisions and never involve employees in decision making processes. It is a dictatorship. They don't even explain to employees the decisions they've made.
