Suggestions for improvement
- appreciate your staff alittle with bonuses, raises, praise, and stop firing so many people, better training, direct deposit on our checks and some stabilaty
I dislike about the employer
Disorganization, in financial trouble so lack of job security, I have never seen a company fire so many people, everyone is scared for there jobs, the admins are nasty and mean to employees and they have there favorites, there are no scheduled breaks for 12 straight hours, it's all about the money and not patient care, they don't reward or care about hard or good work only getting patients in and out in and out, they stick you in without much training and then fire you if you don't do the job right, all the clinical staff hate the company except the few "pets" of the big bosses, no direct deposit and sometimes not paid on time, no bonuses and few if any raises, the ones who work the hardest are treated the worst, and i could go on and on......
