- Listen to constructive feedback rather then lash out and become defensive.
I like about the employer
Nice vehicles and a lot of nice co-workers
I dislike about the employer
Management uses intimidation tactics to get jobs dispatched. Mid-upper management bullies dispatchers and the dispatchers bully the drivers, fearing punishment from the top down. The manner of speaking to drivers can be quite rude and disrespectful. In many cases you can have an inexperienced 25-30 years old manager or dispatcher talking to grown adults like children. There is very little thinking outside the box and their way is the only way. Creativity lacking in a huge way.
