Suggestions for improvement
- I believe better staffing needs to be provided for night shift personnel. I believe the attendance policies should apply the same to both night and day shift employees as they shift employees rarely are spoken to if they decide to call out while night shift employees are required no matter what to be present at work. I think the communication skills needs to be worked on greatly since many of the upper management feel that if someone has an idea, they're being subordinate and are treated poorly. The age discrimination is also very prevalent. Older employees are not discriminated against, but younger employees are treated very poorly and sadly and frequently have false rumors spread about them by their superiors due to their youth and not due to their work performance. I believe that if people could sit down and talk, not argue, but just communicate with all the other employees, I feel this would make a huge difference in the cultural attitude.
What I like about the company
I am able to move forward in the company after proving my work ethic.
