What I like about the company
Nothing. Literally every other BMW dealer in the area at which I have friends, as well as the three other dealerships I've worked at, treats their employees better.
What I dislike about the company
Toxic. It's impossible to describe the extent to which you are treated like garbage, and are reminded on an hourly basis that you're worthless. You're not allowed your day off on the last week of the month, and are not given another day off to make up for it. No matter how much time you devote, it's never enough. You're not allowed to take any time off from November 1st to the end of the year, even to see family during the holidays. Everyone works from the standpoint of fear and oppression, not from and spirit of praise or job security, or knowledge that working hard will gain you any advancement. Managers have no job security whatsoever and are replaced like a dirty pair of socks. Side note: the b.s. review titled "Awesome place to work!" was obviously submitted by someone in management trying to offset all the negative reviews that their poor treatment of employees garnetrs (really, who writes "Prestige is very inclusive of charity and donation" in their rating of a current/former employer?), which begs the question of why a company would need to submit false employee reviews in a transparent attempt to fool prospective applicants.
