Poor management skills. Abuse in front of customers. Degrading
Did not get any backing to close sale.

On your own. Poor training
Always a meeting to tell how poorly the sales force is doing.
Office / Work Environment
Will not let you use lab top to work your contacts.
No place for having a meal. Have to eat in front of customers that wait in service.
To many hours. Can't get days off when needed.
Ride at own risk with customers.
Happy to sale someone a vehicle.
