Suggestions for improvement
- More full time employees
Individual store managers provided associate appreciation lunches occasionally. An incentive program which rewarded employees with gift cards for exceptional service was revised to make it more difficult to obtain those rewards. Employees who work in store departments often do not trust upper management.
There is a"My way or the highway " philosophy from middle/upper management; store associates are discouraged from providing imput. Staff levels are insufficient to achieve production goals.
