The company claims to be about the customer and they somewhat are.
Support from Management
Management doesn't properly handle issues and does not communicate well with lower tier employees.
Teamwork isn't too bad at all, but it could be better.
Level of Autonomy
I wouldn't say there's much autonomy. This place isn't a well oiled machine.
Communication is lacking and is often missed.
