Support from Management
Lack of connection from upper management. Management keeps distance from staff. They constantly say "Real Time Feedback", however, they will never do it themselves.
Because I was new, most of the team member tried to lay all the workloads on me.
Poor management communication with staff.
They hire so many new associates without having opportunities for them. I was on there for about a year and I only learned copy and paste. Very stagnant work/project environment.
