What I like about the company

Global firm, well established, ability to work remotely, great benefits, ability to travel worldwide

What I dislike about the company

Had to fight for equal pay as that of my male co-workers who were performing the exact same job. Employees would leave the firm and management would not replace them, but rather push their workload off onto you resulting in 12+ hour work days. They would hire "temp" help from another country to assist with the large workload and we would have to train them. After they were trained enough to perform the job then you were laid off because our jobs were being outsourced. This is after being with the firm for 15 years and having excellent yearly reviews. The knife in the back was we were told by upper management when the "temp" help came aboard that we had nothing to worry about as far as job security.

Company culture

It needs more diversity on every level

Support from Management

Employees are not included in the decision process.

Level of Autonomy

My team trusted me to work independently.

Gender Equality

It's a male domenated firm. I would like to see more women partners.

Career Development

The firm provide training, tuition reimbursement, coaches and mentor. There is no reason or excuses on why you can't be successful within the firm.
