The climate is hostile. Foul language is not outside their acceptable level of vocabulary from supervisors. There is almost no support from the HR department which has allowed this environment to fester for years.
Support from management
Communication is poor and the leadership style is pure exercise of power. No feedback is given. The situation is hostile.
Teamwork is not encouraged. The atmosphere inspired by the leaders is not conducive to it.
Freedom to work independently
There is no structure because it is based on the whim of leadership.
There us no communication unless it is negative.
Women can have opportunity, but because of the environment, it is better if they do not have a family.
There is no opportunity given for training. This is not a good place to be if you are at the beginning of your career.
Office / Work Environment
The environmental conditions are an afterthought. Ergonomics is not a high priority.
The company is not interested in social matters.
Most employees are too afraid to speak their mind; however, the consensus is that this is not a place they enjoy being.
You are constantly aware that you can be eliminated at any time. This is also because of the management style.
Because of wires ran along the floor, boxes stored everywhere, this is not a good environment for a disabled person.
Boxes are everywhere, electrical cords are everywhere. This is not a safe environment.
There is no sense of accomplishment because there is no feedback provided. Being proactive is discouraged.

There is only one opinion that counts and as this company is driven by leadership that exercises pure exercise of power, it starts and stops there.
