No sufficient training to handle some of the tasks. Very poor training actually.
Very top-down organization. Very divisive along roles and other perceptions.
Suggestions for improvement
- Employ trained managers or train your own management. Management should be very objective. Pay people like you'd like to be paid. Invest in proper training of staff.
What I like about the company
Telecommuting is possible on certain days.
