Suggestions for improvement
- To deal with morale issues you must first find the source and take steps to make sure it does not Creep back in. Too often managers/directors are disconnected from their employees or do not give them the affirmation that they need. Morale is an emotional issue. Employees need to know their work is appreciated. They want to have the sense they belong, and are respected and have the respect of their peers and management/Directors.
What I like about the company
Co-develop business marketing campaigns to help drive awareness and fitness. Ensure patient achieves long-term goal of good health through planned exercise programs.
What I dislike about the company
Morale/Low-Problems in the workplace are more obvious now. Employees are worried about the economy and possibly their jobs...What's good for One Person should be good for everyone. Example Insurance coverage
