No support from management
Only teamwork is what associates create on their own
Freedom to work independently
To a fault. Marginal training to speak of
Communications is essentially non-existent. Only real feedback is negative.
Only real opportunities for advancement are for those who are related to middle/upper management.(Good ole boy syndrome)

Office / Work Environment
Excessively hot. Excessively dirty. No 5S.
Environmental impact is not taken into account in any process.
No opportunity to have a home life. Poor scheduling creates constant short notice mandatory overtime on a weekly basis.
Within the region, known as a last resort for employment by the general public.
Due to constant significant turnover, Those that stay are reasonably secure.
Marginal at best. Too many safety issues to list. Management is not responsive to safety issues and concerns.
Challenging in the fact that equipment is so poorly maintained that the challenge is to produce a quality product on a consistent basis.
Inclusive / Diverse
All genders and races are represented within the work force.
Suggestions for improvement
- Quit re-hiring those whose have been previously terminated. Stop hiring individuals in methadone treatment just because you get a subsidy from the state. Don't do things such as create a trainer position only to have senior management tell the associates that it IS NOT the trainers job to train people.
What I like about the company
