Employees are not treated fairly. Employees are paid based on favoritism and not based on education or experience. They permit people to become teachers if they pass the certification test but lack a background in teaching or knowledge of people with disabilities. Staff is not treated with respect.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay employees based on their education and experience not favoritism. Let those who have backgrounds in education teach before someone who can pass a test but has no idea how to teach. Pay all employees for holidays it makes them feel more valued and increase wages. Listen to employees when they have concerns and do something to fix problems. Respect all employees not just the teachers.
