Suggestions for improvement
- Reorganize and retrain work force based on skill sets. Stabilize and recondition upper management on urgency and importance. Not to shortchange rewards and pay rates for labor workers by changing payment rules constantly or skipping rewards after work has been done. In brief, not to lie to workers for over-time pay or to violate labor law to reduce cost.

Driven by short-term cash goals, no long-term planning, poor upper management staffs, too many untrained staffs for too many unacceptable mistakes daily.
