What I like

Princeton University is an extraordinary place to work. No organization is perfect, so of course there are challenges, but Princeton is an extremely generous and supportive employer. I feel incredibly lucky to work at PU. The benefits offered to employees are exceptional.

What I dislike

Like any organization, PU has political hills to climb. I guess I’d say that on the academic side “bad behavior” is permitted amongst faculty, while administrative departments can sometimes lack adequate support and funding.

Suggestions for improvement

I think it is important for Princeton University to value and support administrative functions to the level they support academic functions. We are all working to achieve the same goals.
