Suggestions for improvement
- Figure out what you're doing so you can stop costing employees their jobs.
Printpack goes out of its way not to lay people off during times of slow production. This saves training costs and gives employees some semblance of stability.
Looks good on poster in hallway but nowe're the same outside office areas anyone not in a office is looked down upon.
Do not trust them
None, it is a cut throat workplce if not in the click
No where close hardest and most important job is way underpaid.
Again only when in the click
Senior management looks out window of 2nd floor during interviews to see if they would hire due to appearance. (Ex if women look good they are more likely to get a job)
