Suggestions for improvement
- Clean out the dead weight in management, including the members of the founding family that have no business running a business. Take off some of the restrictions to pay raises, so that people have some sort of motivation to excel, then reward them for excelling.
I like about the employer
Printpack goes out of its way not to lay people off during times of slow production. This saves training costs and gives employees some semblance of stability.
