Company Culture

It's primary unbalanced. At first it was okay but some management left and has been downhill from there.

Support from management

Management listen to your concerns or issues but not bipartisan. They will fire you in an heartbeat if complaint is about one of their favorite. They will fonda a reason other than the truth to get rid of you. There was a time when there was good management but they have since moved on from company.

Teamwork

It depends on who is on your team and who's team you are on. Everything seems good together but after, you will be talked about. If you are not in the right click, you got a problrm.

Freedom to work independently

No, some like to Micro manage.

Internal Communication

The last time I heard about their good profitability from last year, the got ride of one of one their drpartment. I now understand its a family affair now.

Gender Equality

It depends on who is your family member or friend in the company and the cluck you belong to.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Now that you mention it, I think most of the senior are no longer there. I remember at a time there was quite a number of seniors nit not now, unless referring to family members and friends.

Career Development

There are no advancement unless family member or friends of management. Lack of training and necessary support.

Overall compensation for your work

I round out I was not fairly compensated. Employees who came after me was being compensated more than I was.

Office / Work Environment

The system constantly goes down. The necessary tools needed to efficiently and effectively completely assignmentsatisfied are missing.

Environmental Friendliness

While otherwise companies are going for better technology, they are still big on paper. There are a few recycle bins available.

Work-Life Balance

There early was a time families was taken into consideration. Employees are required to work more hours because there is working but not enough staff members. The more they hire, the more people leaves after realizing how management operates.

Company Image

Not at St. In the beginning for the first few months. Since they have lost some managers it's no longer a good work place. It's would work if you were a family member or friend/s of management.

Job Security

There is no such thing as job security. That is one company one cannot trust. They would smile in your face while considering how to get rid of you.

Handicapped Accessibility

Once a do tor note is provider, they will provide the necessary equipment. Be aware, they will release you from your duty not to long after.

Workplace Safety

No, never reverse receive such training. There was a time however we were put in the training room to review a video.

Challenging Work

Work was challenging and I was very proud of the work I did.

Inclusive / Diverse

There is no such thing in the company anymore. The peopl/upper management who had such interest have since left the company.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Run the business like a business. It not their personal daycare for some. What is good for the goose should be good for the gander. Stop listening to your family members and friends. Their information is never accurate. They have your ears so they come to you what anything because they know you will act on it. Be aware of the source of the Information.

What I like about the company

The company at times would have in service in which the provided lunch. The in network ptoviders at times just send little tokens to employees.

What I dislike about the company

It run by family and friends. Once they get rid of someone, that person will be replaced by a friend do or relative. Management is very under handed and cannot be trusted.

  • IT management restructure.

What I like about the company

Co-Works are friendly except my manager, who created a very hostile environment.

What I dislike about the company

IT Management lacks knowledge and relies on the input of others outside of the company without rechecking the input. For example, writing up employees for using JavaScript in a web application and taking approved time off.
