There is no trust up there, if you are having problems and you speak to a higher up, some type of way your business is in the warehouse.
Support from management
Terrible communication with supervisors, they don't train new employees, they just put them in a position and expect them to know how to do it
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay more and they will have happier employees and stop people from trying to find new jobs
