Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of the Call Center Director and treat all employees fairly.
I like about the employer
I liked my customers, we were not on timed calls so we could get to know there needs.
I dislike about the employer
They slowly got rid of all of the employees that was hired under the old call center director. And when I told the owner of the company what the current call center director told me, he told me he didn't believe me.
