Suggestions for improvement
- Let employees know that you appreciate what they do for the company: free lunch once a month, gift cards for going above and beyond, company outings to get a chance to hang out with management so as to feel that they do care about what they're employees think and feel about the direction the company is going or should go.
I like about the employer
They are somewhat flexible with family situations
I dislike about the employer
Micro-Managment, if you do something good, never hear about it. If you do something wrong, staff meetings are held to point out all the bad, rarely the good.
