Supervisors do not give employees credit for their work.
Support from management
Minimal support if any.
Freedom to work independently
Too much work and employees have no say in the matter.
Same job, less pay for women as opposed to men.
Vast majority of workers are not happy working there.
Production jobs are very unstable.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have management be more supportive w/ all the workers and treat them w/ respect. Communication w/ supervisors are virtually non-existence.
