Suggestions for improvement
- Keep the reorgs to a minimum. In the last five years, people have been shuffled all over the place. Certain campuses closed and everyone crammed into a new location. Nothing was the same for more than a year or two.Stop the infighting among the board members.
What I like about the company
The caliber of the employees is excellent, and the work environment is innovative and challenging. They embrace diversity, equality, and opportunity for all. The company gives plenty of incentives and resources to work hard and cultivate talent. There are always opportunities to expand your knowledge base and improve skills. Collaboration is paramount. They could treat contractors a bit better, however.
What I dislike about the company
When they invest in huge projects and then shift gears, and thousands of man hours of work don't come to fruition. I understand that not all initiatives will reach the goal, but to shut one down in the midst of it for a long term priority change, seems unreasonable for those involved. They could also treat the contractors a bit better.
