Suggestions for improvement
- more communication and less structure
The original company cultures that the Proctor family instilled were awsome but current middle management does not operate day to day business with the same culture.
The middle management group supports each other with very little showing of support towards the employees
The employees do a fair job of team work but again the middle management group has their own agenda and which usually does not coinside with the employees
