Support from management
In all honesty, it really depends on who you are with regard to how to you are treated. Favoritism is still very much a real thing. An attitude of "that's the way we've always done it" is commonplace, which is a shame because employees have a lot of good ideas and suggestions on how to improve the workflows.
Generally, everyone seems to work well together and towards common goals. However, there are more than a few employees who are willing to "throw others under the bus" in order to get ahead.
