The higher management gave assignments but then didn't explain very well until after we asked or a mistake was made.
You can tell who the favorites were with the managers.
I feel there wasn't encouragement to improve your career.
Overall compensation for your work
For the amount of work expected, pay was very little. Bonuses were even smaller.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train properly!!! Do not say performance is good and no improvement is needed then let them go for bad performance especially when it was the department's fault for lack of training.
What I like about the company
I did like what they offered as a whole. Researching this company made me want to work there. I liked the benefits and fitness center.
What I dislike about the company
They do not train well at all. They leave it up to someone else and they all train differently. I was told I was doing a great job and my performance was improved after finding out I wasn't trained correctly for over a year... but then let go for not meeting their performance expectations less than two weeks later.
