Suggestions for improvement
- Treat employees like they matter, pay a fair wage, don't allow upper management to scream and swear at drivers/lower management, be honest with employees and customers, practice the safety they preach, but take short cuts on constantly, provide descent insurance, quit cheating the drivers/branch managers out of pay for mileage, provide local management with the funds to clean the vehicles, quit taking short cuts on the vehicle maintenance, quit forcing the drivers to work unsafe hours, to the point of exhaustion, then firing them when they have accidents due to fatigues, which they were driven to in order to make a survival income. I could go on forever, it's a company well known for running drivers/lower management into the ground, physically and emotionally.
I like about the employer
Fellow local branch managers/drivers when they weren't being pushed to the point of total exhaustion.
