Goals and objectives are often set so high that safety and quality suffer as a result. Many in senior management are out of touch with the hourly employees.
Suggestions for improvement
- Use the annual employee surveys to improve the company not to single out facilities and people for punishment for giving their honest feedback.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Very autocratic. Nepotism. Not setting measurable and achievable goals. If it weren't for severance agreements they would have class action litigation for many of the employees over 45.
