Owner is onsite every other day and micromanages property, causing management to not be able to control hotel properly. No employee benefits, even if salary. A one week vacation is offered after a year of employment, however cannot be taken consecutively.
Minimum training provided. Revenue more important than employee pay structure. Position within employment is flexible, however considered a starter position. Good place to start a professional career.
