Suggestions for improvement
- I don't have any suggestions at this time.
The staff for the most part are very upbeat and supportive, lots of morale boosters and enough food "days" are there to keep the floor happy and upbeat.
See "Internal Communication" ... Management stress teamwork, but will get in your face if you are NOT being "as productive" as the duty calls. Remember, it's YOUR team against the others.. So these coaches only have one thing in mind - "Winning!"
They play games for paceos but only if you get closes. What about third party? Why don't they reward for third party?
They need to be more understanding when someone is sick. They just say hang in there and ignore you.
They say I do your best and try on every call but then they send emails saying if your numbers aren't above 0.95 you will have to go into the office to work. Yet the company got rid of numbers years ago and just want p in pace calls.
Micromanagement is extreme. Some supervisors are often insulting employees (in jest, but )
High stress environment. Little tolerance for mistakes, and a lot of tasks are hurry up and wait.
Great Compensation. Lots of snacks and lunches provided. Medical benefits have a lot to be desired.
You are always working, with a lot of overtime. You are expected to drop everything and fix an issue when it happens even when you aren't on-call. If you aren't on-call or using a vacation day and don't answer your phone, you are talked to for not being available.
