Office level is pretty good. Again corporate makes it difficult for the employees.
Support from management
Only support in the office. Corporate doesn't seem to care.
Freedom to work independently
Better employees always get the hardest work. Bad employees aren't punished. They can't seem to get fired b
You aren't properly compensated for moving up and having a more difficult job.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits aren't great. 2% raise if your lucky. If you have a job change you don't make what anything close to what your new peers do
No flexibility with childcare issues or sick family members.
We aren't trained until a change is started. Not very proactive with changes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Understand how an office works. Changing things without knowing how we work only makes what we do more difficult.
What I like about the company
The office supervisor tries to advocate for us. She tries to be fair with everything.
What I dislike about the company
They don't see what we do or how we work. We deal with patients and that's different then sitting at a desk making changes that take a lot of time to do when you have to see patients.
