Leaders do change a lot in terms of which director is responsible for which part of the business.
Co-workers do share information, techniques and help you where they can.
Freedom to work independently
You are assigned work as the contracts are available.
This could use some improvement.
No clear development path

No benefits that aren't compulsory. Salary is sometimes market related and sometimes under market value.
Office / Work Environment
This mostly depends on the client. It could be a mine or a office park.
Sometimes long distance travel is required and this does increase time you are away from home.
Sometimes it is challenging other times not so much.
Suggestions for improvement
- Clarify leadership roles and responsibilities. Define and stick to career development plans. Deliver on promises.
