They do not set realistic goals. Some of the management is sexist. They have no future goals.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have men quit making sexist comments, get new managers, hold people accountable for there own job.
What I like about the company
When first started you could go to owner if had a problem with others.
What I dislike about the company
They cut pay, horrible management, no communication and no equal rights as a female.
