Has long as you do what your told even if it's unsafe or impractical you will get by.
Support from management
Current management is nit interested in employees problems, they are strictly out to better their wallet.
Despite poor management, the workers do very well together as a team.
Freedom to work independently
People that management dislike have been forced out using this.
Very poor , managements philosophy is " if you ignore it 80% of the time it will go away.
They do not support equality. Ask any woman that works for them.

Many times unsafe conditions are brought to managements attention but money won't be spent to improve the situation.
They never pay full price for anything.
I can honestly say this is one thing that did work out.
Nobody like them
you are always expendable.
You have to complain a lot to get needed tools
I loved helping others and making tenants happy.

Suggestions for improvement
- Stop thinking the dollar is more important than people. Stop stepping over that 10 dollar bill to reach that 1 dollar bill.
