Suggestions for improvement
- Treat the employees as hard-workers and acknowledge it with small raises or any monetary incentives, bonuses. Acknowledge employees who put in extra time and are flexible for their departments who will come in for sick calls and fill in for employees on vacation, or work a split shift whenever asked. Consider the fact that we wanted to work as a team, but didn't take the time to reprimand the employees who did as they pleased.
I like about the employer
I liked the independent Hospital it was, before Promedica stepped in. We were
like a family and knew other employees by first names in other departments
when I started at the independent Hospital.
